Four Soft Netherlands BV, a subsidiary of Four Soft Limited, India has recently announced that it has signed a new contract with Smart Logistics BV, Netherlands, to automate its freight forwarding operations by implementing 4S eTrans SME at its multiple locations. Smart Logistics is the Netherlands-based freight forwarding company which provides full integrated freight forwarding services and total logistics solutions to its customers.
NetAge Solutions joins Neptuny Business Partner Program
Neptuny, a leading provider of performance optimisation and IT resource management solutions for large data centres and networks, has announced that NetAge Solutions GmbH, a German-based consulting firm, has joined the Neptuny Business Partner Program. This program is designed to support partners in reselling its solutions and providing their consulting and support services on Caplan.

Fulfiling potential with iForce
There are many advantages for outsourcing traditional store replenishment logistics but when it comes to the logistics of online retail, outsourcing to a niche service provider is essential, writes Mark Hewitt, CEO of iForce.
Many companies choose to outsource logistics and supply chain management functions to third party logistics service providers (3PLs). Clearly a major draw is the elimination of fixed logistics costs from the balance sheet and switching to a 3PL removes the requirement for capital investment in warehouses, materials handling equipment and transport fleets, and the maintenance of these assets.
