Do you remember watching TV on Christmas Day 2007? It's an odd question, particularly coming on a hot afternoon so near to Midsummer's Day. Those of you who did will hardly forget what they saw. Yes, the sight of Kylie Minogue behind the wheel of a fork lift truck on the BBC's Dr. Who Christmas Special.
The vehicle in question was a Hyster, you will recall, and you were as shocked to see it disappear into a precipice as you were with the demise of the diminutive Antipodean songstress. Health & Safety issues notwithstanding (I'm sure the FLTA will have disapproved of the reckless way in which the truck was being operated), Hyster sent me a press release to confirm the truck was indeed one of its own.
Well, in the interests of putting a smile on your faces on a sad day for the world of entertainment, please accept a gift from me, your editor*, of a picture of Hillary Duff sitting on a Clark fork lift truck. Good looking, desirable, hard working... and the Hollywood A-lister sitting on it's not bad either. But it does beg the question: "Where's your seatbelt, Ms Duff?"
*Just to clear it up, I am not your editor, inasmuch as I don't actually edit you. I am the ShD editor on your behalf.
