Demand for northern European warehouses grows
Demand for warehouses in northern Europe is growing fast, according to new figures from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The property consultancy says take-up grew by 56 per cent in the Netherlands and by 34 per cent in Germany, where total logistics deals totalled more than 52m sq ft.
