CLF Distribution relocates to Southampton

Health food, sports nutrition and household products wholesaler CLF Distribution has taken a 38,000 sq ft warehouse in Southampton.

The company has relocated from Salisbury following expansion, and has taken a ten year lease on Segro’s Vista Park on the on the Nursling Industrial Estate.

Robin Holiday, managing director of CLF Distribution, said: "Our decision to relocate follows growth across our business, particularly in sports nutrition, and as well as taking on larger premises, we anticipate doubling our staff numbers, creating around eighty new jobs in the next 18 months.

"Our current staff travel from Bournemouth and Southampton, as well as Salisbury, and Vista Park was able to offer the size of building and specification we required, in a location which was as convenient as possible for our existing employees."

Lambert Smith Hampton advised on the deal.
