UPDATE: Man fatally injured by forklift

A 60-year-old man has died after being hit by a fork lift truck at a Jewsons factory in Beaumont Road, Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Police and the Ambulance Service were called to the site of the incident on Friday (10th February) afternoon. The man, who is said to be local to the Banbury area, was taken by ambulance to the Horton General Hospital but later died.
Police say the health and safety executive has been informed to enable its officials to establish what happened.
UPDATE: The victim has been named as David Hewson, an employee of Jewson.
